Terms of Service

Effective September 28, 2026 · Terms governing use of Denise’s Review Studio

1. Purpose of the Service

Denise’s Review Studio (https://denisesreviewstudio.com) is a private creator productivity application operated for authorized use by Denise Brown Rodrigue (@denisebrown5078) to plan product reviews, filming batches, scripts, and publishing handoffs.

2. Studio Access and Security

Access to the studio workspace and stored product records requires authentication with the private studio password (and optional Cloudflare Access verification when enabled). Unauthenticated visitors are permitted to access only the public overview, Privacy Policy (/privacy), and Terms of Service (/terms).

3. TikTok Integration and Manual Publishing

TikTok account connection is optional and uses official TikTok Login Kit and Display API read-only permissions (user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list). The studio does not automatically upload, schedule, or publish videos to TikTok. All video uploads and publishing actions are completed manually by the creator through official TikTok Studio or TikTok application entry points.

4. Creator Content and Disclosures

The creator retains full ownership of and responsibility for all product notes, photos, scripts, captions, videos, and promotional or affiliate disclosures, including compliance with applicable FTC endorsement guidelines and TikTok’s branded content disclosure settings.

5. Snapshots and Availability

The studio is provided as a personal planning utility. Imported TikTok profile statistics and video engagement numbers are point-in-time snapshots retrieved when the account owner refreshes data and are not guaranteed to reflect real-time analytics.
